🚀 Create Campaign

Step 1: New Campaign

  1. Go to “Campaigns”“New Campaign”
  2. Choose type:
    • One-time: Single send
    • Recurring: Scheduled sends

Step 2: Configure Audience

Segment by:
  • Labels: VIP Customers, Cold Leads
  • Inbox: Only WhatsApp, only Email
  • Attributes: Premium Plan, South Region
  • Behavior: Last purchase > 30 days
  • Status: Active, Inactive
Example:
Audience: VIP WhatsApp customers

Options:
  • Send now: Immediately
  • Schedule: Specific date and time
  • Best time: AI chooses best moment
